Caseflow Pty Ltd, provider of the industry-leading workflow platform for law firms in Australia, United States and Canada which helps law firms organise their matters, workflows and document assembly today announced the all new Caseflow Acumen Web Client that is scheduled for release in Q2, 2020.
This browser-based client is the result of the quiet but determined efforts of our development team over the last few years and is a full re-write from the ground up of the Caseflow user interface.
The client leverages the Caseflow REST architecture combined with our proven Workflow Server and DocBuild Document Assembly engine to deliver a truly flexible and scalable platform that will underpin any firms process improvement projects.
Acumen Web will be available to be installed in the public cloud (eg Azure), your private cloud/data centre or even on-premise – it’s your choice.
For our loyal existing clients, Acumen Web fully supports all your existing deployments and like all things Caseflow, is fully backwards compatible – simply upgrade and go.
For the technically minded, Acumen Web uses a simple and responsive UI based on Bootstrap and supports a wide range of devices including tablets operating remotely. The back-end architecture is multi-tiered with the UI layer capable of being deployed in multiple locations communicating back to a central REST based host. Both the UI Layer and REST Host also fully support load balancing. To further enhance the scalability of the platform, the REST Host also utilises Redis Caching.
